FASHION-COLOURED DENIM

Coloured Denim have been in vogue for quite a long time but i have never really fancied them strangely, i've always preferred the conventional blue jeans fashion whether dark or light blue and of course, black jeans too,But recently i've totally fallen in love with Coloured Denims (primary colours) Yea! All the bright coloured denim, they just make you look super girlie, puts you on the spot light whether you have a boring top on or not,it simply accentuates your look.

I'm not just into ordinary jeans with primary colours but ones with skinnier cuts, energized with cute details like zips or fun buttons...rock star shit..you know(winks)

                                                                 Admire them.....

Awwh i love Kim K's Louboutin Boots

WOW Ci-Ci those shoes!!

These are so fetch!! I can't wait to try this trend.....If you have to rock coloured denim too, make sure you do so with a cute top or a jacket if necessary and some fab shoes. Keep it Hot!!

VENOM IN YOUR HEAD

Here's an Interesting fact: Snake venom is a complex mixture of proteins
and are stored in poison glands at the back of the head. Snake venom
is a highly modified saliva. In essence, snake venom is spit. Just as the
snake’s venom is found in the back of its head, that is exactly where you
will find the venom that poisons you. It’s just not called venom. It’s called
negative thoughts and beliefs.Yea that's what i'm actually referring to as
'venom'...it made more sense to use a snake venom as an example even
though i hate so much to talk about this creature.

Just as a snake’s venom renders its victim paralyzed,so does your negative
thoughts and beliefs. However in this case, the victim is you. Maybe you’ve
heard the saying…’We have met the enemy and the enemy is us’. Now a
snake doesn’t just go around biting and poisoning things just for the fun of it.
Either one of two things happen; the snake is either hungry or senses danger.
Humans on the other hand, ‘spit’ venom simply for sport. When I say ‘spit’,
I’m referring to what we say, to ourselves and to everyone we meet. We tell
ourselves a story (negative thoughts andmbeliefs), store it in the back of our
heads (venom) and then ‘spew’ it all over the place. And then we sit and
wonder why our world is the way it is. We don’t even realize that we are
poisoning ourselves.

We are detrimental to our own mental, physical, emotional& spiritual health.
Most people don’t like snakes(like me)but at least snakes are smart enough
NOT to poison themselves. We poison ourselves which in turn renders us
paralyzed(not physically),We say we want more, bigger and better; however,
we allow venom to gather in the back of our heads. The venom tells us that we
can’t, we shouldn’t, and we are not worthy. We allow this venom to keep us
from living a life of complacency. We stand on the brink of living our dreams
yet the venom in the back of our heads keeps us from moving forward.

Just as the ‘milking of a snake’ is an ongoing process, so is the milking of your
thoughts and beliefs. It will take practice upon practice upon practice. And just
as the person milking the snake gets bitten, you’ll be bitten as well. The key is to
collect as much anti-venom as possible and have it ready and available. YES!
there is an anti-venom for those thoughts and beliefs that poison your life.

And guess where it’s located? .............STOP Guessing,Its In Your Head. You
hold the venom AND the anti-venom in the same place. You just have to decide
which one to use...........Get rid of all negative thoughts today and start
dwelling in positivism.

Have a Great Weekend...
XOXO.........!!

AN INSPIRATION FOR THE NEW YEAR

Since the Year began,i have not written anything about the reflections
of the past Year, the happiness to see another and the hopes and dreams
wishing would be fulfilled this year.Even though late, well i can still say,Its
just the Second Month of the Year, still early enough to share a bit of what
i learnt and what may help us live our fabulous life this year.

Here we are in a New Year and while some of us got it, many of us are still
looking to get it, get it together or get it right. As we all try to do all that we
put down as our New Year Resolution,we ought to walk through the rooms
of our lives, not looking for flaws, but for potentials.I believe that when we
dwell on our potential instead of our problems, we increase our chances of
getting to the greatness that we expect of and for ourselves. However, that is
a lot easier said than done right? Right!! But to help, below are a few steps
that might get us to a more positive and purpose-driven life in 2011.

Revisit Your Old Self – Take a trip back to a time when you were in love
with yourself and when you were least affected by the realitiesof life. Extract
that great part of who you were and put that back into whom you are now.
Release Your Regrets – You cannot edit and alter your past so let it go.
The power of forgiveness is so incredible that it has proven to lead to an all
-around healthier life.Lets forgive and move on.
Relish In Your Good – Despite what you or others believe, you atleast know
that you’ve had some good moments and you’ve done some good things.Stop
wasting your life focusing on what you’ve done wrong, pat yourself on
the back and push yourself forward.
Reinvent Your Current Self-  Change what people know you for if it’s not what
you want to be known for.If people can’t respect your evolution, then they don’t
need to transition with you to the new you.
Realize the New You – When I was a child, I thought as one.Well you’re not a
child anymore and once you accept and realize that you define what you stand for
then nothing else matters.
Represent- Whatever happens in 2011, DO YOU and look good/live good doing
it! It’s a New Year, a new day, a new opportunity and chance to start over. Look
back as long as you know the real story is in moving forward.

I'll be doing me this year,i dunno about you!!

FASHION TREND OF THE WEEK.....HAIRBANDS

OH!! OH!!...i've been away for quite a while yet again...but hey,i've always
had so much to blog about, yet no time...busy me...lol....lets get it started again..

FASHION..

Hairbands are in thesedays.Well, when are they not, right!?enough thanks to
Alice(in wonderland)we still can't get enough.Oh and not the common ugly
or plain and not so cool hair bands though i mean the ones that make you
stand out.I see a lot of celebs wearing hairbands with just about every detail
possible — from small diamond studs to huge cloth flowers made out of silk
or the net like Rihanna wears thesedays on her red hair which i admire so much
(the hairnet that is).Mind you, though, BOWS are very essential details on those
hairbands...i dig i like...

Just when i thought my black super sized bow hairband was so cute,i
still see some i itch for...well,you know what they say,a girl really can't
get enough of fashion accessories.......
There is Rihanna wearing a hair net that is tied into a bow, this is just
creative and fab..you could just get the look by buying a cute net,tie
around your head and make a double knot as if wrapping a present..lol
 Rihanna wearing another bow hairband
Cheryl Cole rocks a checked red bow hairband here too

Rihanna complimenting the rock chic look with a funky bow black hair band
This is an Asos washed denim bow hairband..............i like that its in denim
wow! Rihanna sure loves the look, she wears another net hairband in red(bow tied)this time
to match her hair colour, crazy girl..but i love her cos she has great STYLE.

....and this would be my personal fave....i just love stars, skulls and cross bones
and that being the print on this hairband...i like....i love.

                                                            XOXO....ROCK PRINCESS!
